Half and half. A beautifull dry liqour. This liquor was a result of a mistake. Arount 1880, an assistent was asked to blend Triple Sec with brandewijn. By accident he added longae vitae (a bitter). They were suprised positively and called this not meant combination Half om Half. A new product was born.
